OnPath Counseling Services

  • OnPath works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, the effects of trauma (PTSD), porn addictions, or various personality problems.

  • OnPath works with couples experiencing infidelity and trust issues, poor communication, financial disagreements, intimacy problems, and frequent conflict.

  • Individual and marriage problems can be exacerbated by the stress and pressures of working together in a family business. OnPath is uniquely qualified to provide family business psychotherapy to these situations.

  • OnPath provides spiritual and life counseling for those seeking a better life but do not have a diagnosable mental health disorder. Spiritual direction is provided from a Christian viewpoint.

  • OnPath is uniquely qualified to provide Christian ministry workers a full suite of mental health services because we understand from experience and training the life of full-time vocational Christian ministry.

  • OnPath provides psychotherapy from a Cognitive perspective. We believe that all emotions and actions are preceeded by a thought, whether that thought is conscious or learned.

  • OnPath provides trauma-informed therapy by looking at the beliefs, patterns and practices that were learned when you had to survive your trauma. We do not provide EMDR or somatic therapies.

  • We sometimes use the Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (MCMI-IV) and/or the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory to help us and you understand how you are functioning in your present situation. These assessments are not covered by insurance and will be discussed with you first.

  • We take a Bowen approach to individual and family counseling, believing that couples do better when they individually manage themselves better.

  • OnPath only provides teletherapy services. This means we can serve anyone throughout the state of Minnesota.
